My entry for the crane contest will be a Kenworth K100 with X outriggers in 16studs width scale. I doesnt want make a scale model of an existing crane so you and me will be maybe surprised.

Your outrigger set up is great. That is the hardest thing for me at the moment but hoping to find a solution, I prefer pneumatics for outriggers myself. I look forward to the completed model.

Seems very good and strong so far, it reminds me the 8292 truck for some reason, maybe the scale but this one seems that will be bigger; looking forward for more pics and again, nice work.

Very nice, this is going to be one amazing crane truck. Yes there are indeed enough mini LA's, why not... :classic: Nice to see that for example the steered rear axle pops up again. Reusing ideas is just a great thing, that is how we evolve... Great!!! :wub::thumbup:

The U joints are broken and in this way i can use them

I have used small"o" rings with success on broken UJ,s

"O"ring size:- - 1mm x 8mm o.d. x 4mm i.d

Perfect match to the back section of the truck.

Doors wont be openable?

Can you post a front view of the cabin? I am thinking, how it would look if you replace red1x2 thin liftarm above the headlights with the white ones.
