It is done!

Behold the mightiest tower in the swamplands!
Now nothing that happens in Moruth can slip by undetected. Fear the warlocks! Our eyes see far!

I like the 'layered' look with al the different balconies, and the ramp up and hoist are nice touches too. Looking forward to more photos!

Ah, finaly some more pics:
(sorry for the bad resolution, I never realised how patetic my camera was until I've started photographing my MOCs)

This is how it looks from above:

the other (bottom part):

(top part):

here is one of my disciples, gathering some herbs for the spell components, there's plenty of ghostthorn around:
Posted Image

at least orcs are put into good use
Posted Image

nobody can open the gate better then them

Meanwhile inside the tower...

Posted Image

"You have failed me for the last time Gorj!"

Posted Image

"Aaaaaaaah!" (Wilhelm's scream    )

I have learned that trapdoors are crucial for motivating your troops.
And there's a very long...

long...

way down.

What doesn't kill them, makes'em stronger... Oh my, we forgot to feed the crocks again!... Err, where were we? Ah yes, some final images

Moorlight tower is named so because of the radiant flora that suronds it. Swampfolk say that the ghostthorn, a powerful herbs, draws its magical potential from the souls taken by the swamp... We'll investigate that rumour...

This is a nasty drop:

I believe every Nocturnian Lord should have one of these

So... stop by anytime... We could have lunch

"Well, well, well, what do we have here?"
"Please... release me.. I... I... I'm just a poor avalonian seafairer who got lost...

Posted Image

"Now-now, how come you were lost so far inland?"
"I...I dunno... dunno where I am, that's what 'lost' means..."
"Haven't you heard? Swamps are a very dangerous place to get lost... Things might happen to you..."

Posted Image

"...bad things... ooOOMOYmaaagh..."
"What are you doing?!?"

Posted Image

"...ariyyOMKoyaaaneesquatziii..."
"NO, WAIT, NOOOOOOO!!!..."

Posted Image

"NOOOOOOOOOO!!"

Posted Image

"Now, I suspect sneaking may proove a little difficult for you now, but on the plus side, you'll hear everything around you much, much better... just a perfect improvement for a little spy like yourself."
"Too-rooo *groooan*..."

"Take him out of here, make sure he reaches the coast safely!"
"Aye-aye boss, move freak!"

Posted Image

"You have done well Fizrex. That oughta send a message."
"I live to serve, master! What should we do with the rest of the Avalonians."

Posted Image

"Feed the crocks, practice magic, I don't care, just dispose of them...
And Fizrex... Haven't you heard his posh accent, which changed when he got frightened... And their uniforms... I believe they are pretty outdated... these men aren't Avalonians..."

"Master? Then... Who are they?

"Hmmm... It will be revealed soon... Nothing can escape our sight for long..."

"Maybe we shouldn't kill them all, someone will crack sooner or later..."

"Yes, but where's the fun in that?...
In fact... I think I might just know what to do with the prisoners..."

Haha fun to read them

Well, it will be maybe not so smart to build an embassy near your tower, so forget my reply on the citytopic

That made me smile Hexx. Grand Warlock Gza'ar's tyranical yet somewhat campy reign of terror is hillarious to see, I hope theres more to come. Top marks for creativity.

No-no, by all means, everyone is welcome here, we just don't like tresspassers. It is true that we can see visitors from afar, but it is polite to announce your arrival. And The Warlocks guarantee safety to all the ambassadors!

Hahahaha, "campy" - excellent choice of words, I was going for that old-comics-villain thing (that's why the monocle and the evil moustache!), glad you enjoyed it
