Current list
4195 - Queen Ann's Revenge
4184 - Black Pearl
10210 - Imperial Flagship
6243 - Brickbeard's Bounty
6268 - Renegade Runner (Pieces coming soon to complete)
I will say that so far the Brickbeard is the ship I dislike the most. More or less the mast and sail designs than anything.
Current Ship Armada=10210,4195,4184,6268(Buying parts),6243(soon)

Nice collection! I have all but the Crossbone Clipper, which is far too expensive on the secondary market for such a small and ugly ship. And I've just got the Imperial Trading Post so I've finally added Trader Steve's little ship to the collection too. On top of that I have 2x the new IFS for spares, one dismantled for some MOCing and a second still MISB.

Coming right out of my dark age and looking for classic pirate sets, the Armada Flagship and the Red Beard Runner where my first choices ( money was and is a factor and i was able to get good deals on ebay for these ships).
By the Way i´m kind of shocked by the prices listed in other threads. You get SALE on POTC stuff?
Impossible in Germany ( oh no you get 1€ off on Captains Cabin :-) )
66Dollars for a QAR? Here its at Store 129,99€( how many Dollars is this 150? ) Crazy....
Also looking for SES or BSB ( found out the BSB was the ship i spent hours with as a child , but only the masts and sailes survived :-( )

QAR
BP (not built yet, but I have the box)
Several small sloops (made using These types of pieces),
A mostly complete Renegade Runner,
An Imperial Trading post style cutter,
And what was once a Caribbean Clipper, but is now on its way to becoming a Frigate.
I also have a bunch of pieces on the way to supplement my collection from when I was a kid (Including pieces from the Viking Ship and some more hull pieces). The POTC ships were bought new in the last few months, but I plan to mod them to make them more my style.
I need to post some pics of the MOCs, but everytime I look on here, I decide I need to put on more details

QAR
BP
And a disassembled Brickbeard's Bounty.
I never made myself buy the new Imperial Flagship so now I'm gonna have to spend an arm and a leg on a secondhand one from ebay.

6243 Brickbeard's Bounty
10210 Imperial Flagship
4195 Queen Anne's Revenge
Used to have 6268 Renegade Runner as a kid, but it has long since disappeared... I wanted Black Seas Barracuda so badly as a kid, but never got it...

Brickbeard's Bounty
Imperial Flagship
Black Pearl
Queen Anne's Revenge (not built yet)
... and do the little row boats count? Or the cobbled-together life rafts?
I like to gaze longingly at old dusty pirate ships from the '90s on eBay. Then I watch them get bid way up higher than I think they're worth. I used to have a pirate ship and an imperial (redcoat) ship as a kid, but it seems the old collection is lost in the sands of time. I've recently gotten a few pirate minifigs in eBay lots here and there, and I'll enjoy piecing together an old-school pirate crew over time, at least.

I've got three factions- Redcoats, Bluecoats, and Pirates (who are usually given commissions by the Redcoats).
Pirates have:
1 Black Seas Barracuda (Enlighten knockoff)
1 Brickbeard's Bounty
Redcoats have:
2 (new) Imperial Flagships Castlerigg and Taggerung
1 MOC cutter Halcyon w/ 2 swivel guns
Bluecoats have:
2 Caribbean Clippers Iliff and Axelay (modified, 6 guns each)
1 MOC frigate Thunderchild
1 MOC cutter Iliff w/ 4 light cannon
1 merchant ship (from Imperial Trading Post)

If Lego had kept the bluecoats, people would still be buying Pirate sets.
