MOC: Scania truck accident

While unloading coal from this 6-wide tan SCANIA R-class truck, one worker was

seriously injured......(....e.g broken ABS...) :cry_sad:

Pls let me have your comments.

and...yes...he is slowly recovering....... :tongue:

Nice MOC, truck is not too large. I like the 1 x 4 curved slope solution. How did you do that with the hat, photoshop I suppose?!

Nice truck, but your pictures may also be a bit 'strong' (i.e., large, I think you should resize them before posting).

From the title, I was expecting to see the truck in flames, with many smaller cars crushed in its path and dead and injured minifigs everywhere. Boy, what an anticlimax! :tongue:

My catastrophe movie fetish aside, it's a nice truck, nevertheless. :wink:

BTW, as JipieK says, in the second picture, how you did the hat fly? Photoshop?

I used a transparent, Lego item no 42445 to position the hat over the head, that way shading

and colours get natural.

As you suspected, after that it was easy to clone the near background in photoshop,

to make the holder disappear.... :classic:
