It could also be any of the other 3,000 guys who wore sideways pirate hats with little feathers, blue coats with fancy ridges, and wears red,white and blue. That narrows it down to a few countries he could be from. Lets see, America, Great Britain, France, heck, he could be from Thailand! The point is, I didn't like the Cowboy Clone av, so now it's dead! I guess you could use it for Washington, but it could be a million other people too. Also, no offense, but I can tell you aren't a history buff. I never was sure what TLG was trying for with that basic design, so I don't know where he's from either, but he's clearly dressed for military success.
