MOC: Police Flatbed based off of 60017.

I'm saying it's based off of 60017 because I did follow the instructions in that set to assemble this as I'm not a skilled custom builder. However, there are differences from that truck and this one. This truck will likely get some modifications in the future.

As I get better, I might try to make a police impound lot to go with this truck. Of course, I'd need quite a bit of parts for that.

Not a bad start! Would look better with a winch to pull cars on board, and some tools attached to the back of the cab when you have more parts.
