review: 7473 street sprinter vs. mutant lizard

Recommended Posts

Hi, this is my first review, hope you enjoy.

set name: street sprinter vs. mutant lizard

set number: 7473

theme: dino attack

piece count: 42

price: $5

I'll start with the box

the dino attack boxes show destroyed buildings, cracked roads, and walls of fire and lightning. pretty violent for lego, but cool nonetheless.10257794726_0092f285e0_z.jpg

the back, note the alternate model, not something we see nowadays.

the instructions. sorry this one's a bit blurry.

the minfigure in this set is called digger, a nice minifig. no back printing however.

the weapon this guy carrys is huge. if stood tip down, the gun is taller than the minifigure!

the dino, or "mutant lizard" these guys have a pretty bad reputation, I like them though.

side view. they're pretty long and slender.

the quad.or atv. the color scheme looks pretty good. and the model is very sturdy.

front view

side view. here you can see the front and back aren't quite level.

back view. i'm not really sure what that blue thing is.

here it is all together. Overall, a neat little set that goes great with the rest of the dino attack line, if you can find one at a reasonable price, it's worth it if your a dino fan.

Excellent first post! I loved this theme when it was out and seeing this set again makes me want to bring out the 'ol T1-Typhoon. It might help to direct European users to their versions of the sets, (otherwise known as Dino 2010) however. Just for reference that is. Hope to see you around the forums!

Great review, it's nice to see some older sets being reviewed too.

I'm looking forward to your next reviews.

BTW, is that a set you bought recently? I know these are quite expensive nowadays.
