SirNadroj Posted April 15, 2009 A redux of sorts of my original stagecoach: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/36672 http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x222/sirnadroj/2-128.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x222/sirnadroj/3-121.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x222/sirnadroj/4-99.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x222/sirnadroj/5-81.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x222/sirnadroj/7-45.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x222/sirnadroj/6-58.jpg And a bonus bison calf! http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x222/si...j/bisoncalf.jpg Thanks! Bricks Posted April 15, 2009 That's very nice, SirNadroj I love your little re-make. Especially the coach, which have some awesome colours The minifigures are nice too, the CW-style fits perfect to the whole creation. Thanks for sharing! 'Bricks'
Skipper 24 Posted April 15, 2009 (edited) The colours look great together and the Bison is sublime. I really like how you 'reined' those horses up . The Clone Wars heads look perfect for the MOC too. Edited April 15, 2009 by Skipper
Matn Posted April 15, 2009 Fantastic work, as we're used from you. This is a great stagecoach with vibrant colors and what a great style you've accomplished to make. And the bison is also cool!
Captain Green Hair Posted April 15, 2009 Wow! Amazing work Jordan, looks very realistic. Only thing i don't like is those clone heads, they freak me out.
Klaus-Dieter Posted April 15, 2009 (edited) That's a very nice Western MOC, Sir Nadroj! I really like it. The colors fit very well (at the most the perfect sombination of red and yellow) and there are some nice details. The only things which I don't like are the old windows, the CW Obi Wan head+hairs and the missing of doors. I personally liked your older version of your stage coach much more than this new one - but that's of course only my opinion. Nevertheless very well done! Erdbeereis Posted April 15, 2009 Really nice work SirNadroj. I love the angle on the lower section of the carriage, and the landscaping is great as well. Nice minifig combos as well.
Eilif Posted April 15, 2009 I am speechless. This is stunning! The original is a nice enough MOC, but this is display-worthy. The harnesses for the horses brilliant, and the colors of the coach are quite nice, though the brown back is a bit of an abrupt change. I'm especially in awe of the buffalo. I'm not very adept at organic shapes and curves, but you make it look quite easy. My father is a Buffalo fanatic, so I may have to copy your design and surprise him with one the next time I visit him.
Deemo Posted April 15, 2009 Simply awesome. I like the stagecoach colors, and the Obi-wan figure is cool.
BlueBard Posted April 15, 2009 So great designed coach! I specially like your technique for the windows and doors and what you did with those wheels
Zepher Posted April 15, 2009 Well Nadroj, you know I'm a die hard fan, but this is your first MOC in a long time I'm not loving. The colors are fantastic for the main stagecoach, and the shape is fantastic. And I like the seating area in the front, and the brown stuff on top. The only part that's not working for me, and apparently just me is the back brown area. I'm not clear on it's function, and it is too big for my taste. It also doesn't go well with the rest of the colors. Red and yellow look fantastic, and the small hints of brown as well, but the back... maybe it's just too much. Over all it's very nice. Coloring for the most part is spot on, the figures are cool, and the scene is nice too, I love the cacti. -Zepher
SirNadroj Posted April 15, 2009 Thanks very much for the feedback, everyone. The only things which I don't like are the old windows, the CW Obi Wan head+hairs and the missing of doors. I personally liked your older version of your stage coach much more than this new one - but that's of course only my opinion. Really? My original one is, by all means, a piece of garbage. The only part that's not working for me, and apparently just me is the back brown area. I'm not clear on it's function, and it is too big for my taste. It also doesn't go well with the rest of the colors. Red and yellow look fantastic, and the small hints of brown as well, but the back... maybe it's just too much. This is one of my most, if not my most historically accurate MOC in a long time. Here's my reference. The back is used as storage for luggage. I really don't pick the colors or size, that's what it looked like.
Zepher Posted April 16, 2009 Well then, it seems I wouldn't of liked liveing in the Wild West then. The Stagecoachs would of seemed strngely colored to me!
Infomaniac Posted April 16, 2009 I love the use of this part great work
General Armendariz Posted April 16, 2009 This is great! A very accurate stage coach
mania3 Posted April 16, 2009 This is a very well done MOC. I love the details on the Stage Coach and all of the clever building techniques employed. The bison, also, is very well done. I think it's neat to see how well these Clone Wars minifigure heads can be employed in a MOC given the fact that there was a lot of distaste for them when they were initially released. I myself didn't like them, but I've found that they've really grown on me as time has gone on. Again, you've done a great job here as usual. I come to expect nothing less than excellent from your MOCs!
Guss Posted April 16, 2009 Sirnadroj I hate you ! this is so cool and well made, and your bison is so amazing! I'm jealous !
Antoi Posted April 16, 2009 Great Moc! Especially the colors are great. like lantarn detail at the front of the stagecoach.
Sir Dillon Posted April 17, 2009 Great looking coach. The integration of the yellow stripe is very nice, and so is the use of rubber bands on the wheels. It does seem to be riding a little too high, but it's not that noticeable. Your images in both this thread and the Deadwood Brothel thread (and perhaps others... I haven't checked) are too large. Could you please resize them to 800 x 600 or less or change them to thumbnails?
SirNadroj Posted April 18, 2009 Thanks for the feedback guys. Your images in both this thread and the Deadwood Brothel thread (and perhaps others... I haven't checked) are too large. Could you please resize them to 800 x 600 or less or change them to thumbnails? Yeah, probably most of mine are large. I used to keep them to around 800 x 600, but as of late, I'ver stuck with 900 x Y. I'll remember next time I'm photoshopping my pics. Thanks for pointing it out. I've changed the pics to links in this case.

Ecclesiastes Posted May 28, 2011 Love it! Perfect scale! The, lets call it "barding" of the horses is well done. Also love the head made cactus!
fred67 Posted May 29, 2011 Very well done... a beautiful MOC, from the stagecoach (wonderful looking and objectively quite accurate, as you've shown) to the driver, horses, and landscape... excellent.
