This is the Sign-Up topic for the Eurobricks Event 2016, our 12th event!

If you are certain you will join our event, this topic is were you should post.

By signing up you confirm having read the Event Information Topic and agree with everything in that topic.

Please include this info when signing up:

- How many are you? (do you come alone, or with your family).

- Let us know if you want to share a chalet with other eventees or want one just for your family (or will take care of your own accommodation)

- Are you a candidate to be a 'chalet responsible' for a shared chalet? (you will know what it means when you've read the information topic)

- Tell us any other info you think we should know.

Summary: 40 in total, including 7 EB staff members, 10 EB Fellows and 5 LEGO Ambassadors

IMPORTANT UPDATE (7/12/2015):

We reached 40 people who subscribed so for those who will still sign-up it is important to be aware of this:

On Monday most of activities during the day are facilitated by LEGO. For these we are restricted for logistical reasons to 40 persons. So for this part of the program only the 40 persons that signed-up first can participate.

When you sign up from this point onwards you are put on a waiting list for the Monday activities and in case someone from the 40 first can't make it to the event those spots will be released to the first on the waiting list.

We'll be arriving directly from our Norwegian event on Sunday, and I'll take care of a chalet for the two of us, + Rolli (and L@go if he wants to) who'll also be arriving from the event on Sunday.

I need one space in a chalet for her, I myself am covered and staying in Cecilie's cabin.

Does anyone have a space for her?

Definitely count me in, plus one family member!

Ecclesiastes, JanetVanD: would you need a spot in a shared chalet? If yes, please mention it here.

I can make a 'chalet topic' later to try to fit everyone in shared chalets who still needs a spot.

As for my chalet, here's the composition:

- Bonaparte +2

- Commander Red Hat + Nancy

I'll drop my "chalet mates" a message to collect all the funds so I can book with the LEGOLand Village.

Yes, we would need to share a chalet. My family member is a 12-year-old boy.

Will he still be 12 at the time of the event? That will make a difference for some prices (chalet, etc.).

Yes, just. His birthday is on the 7th of May. Since he and I are the "Lego buddies" of the household, this is his birthday present!

Alright - sign me up! I'll probably be arriving late Sunday as we have our Norwegian LUG event from Friday to Sunday and I'm one of the organisers - but when I get there I'd like to participate :)

And Cecilie: I'll pick you up on that chalet offer!

Edit: I see Cecilie already explained that thing with the Norwegian event. So much for being in a hurry to sign up and not reading the entire thread... and yay! WhiteFang and Belun, you're coming back! Brilliant. Looking forward to another... shall we say, interesting experience in the store... :D
