KimT Posted May 27, 2009 Wow, these are great clone killer. Have you printed and used them on minifigs yet? If so, could you share some pics?
Dutch Posted May 27, 2009 Well as I speak the sealant on the decals are drying but I did not print the unnamed commander because there was no room left on the decal sheet so balm the 501st for that.
Ratshot Posted May 27, 2009 These are awesome. You could also use some of them for swat/soldier camo. Good Job
LuxorV Posted June 1, 2009 Great job, clone killer I tried Inkscape a while ago, but I had a problem with the palettes: couldn't get it to use the right colours I wanted; everytime I changed the settings to match the LEGO colours from IS's chart, the program would reverse them back to something similar but not really it (like say a CMYK 23 89 43 21 changed to a 22 89 36 25 [here I just put in some numbers, I don't think they correspond to any actual LEGO colour]). The differnece is not that big, but with some colours it shows . Did you face the same problem, and if yes, how did you manage it? LuxorV
Dutch Posted June 1, 2009 well LuxorV I really never had that problem cause I really never cared about it. I just find a pretty color and I go with it or I use the pick a color tool and try to mach it. sorry if that doesn’t help.
Captain Blackmoor Posted June 1, 2009 Those decals are very good Clone Killer! I have experienced I had the perfect colour to match a blue minifig torso, but the printer ruined it thanks to an half-empty yellow cardridge. I think the printer and cardridge quality are a very important factor in printing decals. If only one colour fails, the rest will fail too. Although it's not that obvious, it is still very annoying because you know the colour isn't right.

No problem, I'll just stick to CorelDraw as I always did LuxorV
