Captain Blackmoor Posted June 1, 2009 I've made the template on Paint Shop Pro 7, so I could measure the dimensions. The shield is made on MS Paint, since I have quite some experience with drawing on MS Paint. It goes pretty fast and it's simple to use. For more complicated decals I work with Paint Shop Pro 7.
