"I don't think it's going to work out. Winning... won't help in my case," says Peeta. "Why ever not?" says Caesar, mystified. I think the hairpiece that they gave to Princess Leia in the recent Tyderium set would also work really well for a movie-accurate Katniss when she has her hair braided at the reaping. Also, a small nitpick, but Katniss doesn't actually have her bow or arrows until after running away from the fireballs.
