tchuk-norst Posted June 5, 2010 (edited) For my huge superhero cityscape project i need a good standard, cheap design for a toilet. any ideas, I didn't see anything I liked on Brickshelf. Edited June 5, 2010 by tchuk-norst
Big Cam Posted June 5, 2010 Are you asking how to make one or if any LEGO ones exist?
dr_spock Posted June 5, 2010 You can also try using clam shells from Sponge Bob.
lightningtiger Posted June 5, 2010 Well this one is mine...... I'm a conformist! !
Still Raindrop Posted June 5, 2010 This is what my toilets look like; feel free to use the design if you like it. You can't really tell from this image, but there is one of these pieces on the bottom.
AllanSmith Posted June 5, 2010 These were built over 10 years ago. Used a Belville pink basket as cistern tank.
legitimatealex Posted June 5, 2010 Use the little safety buoy and a pannier (usually blue). Put one on top of the other. Insta toilet! If not a circular flat piece over two up slopes works too. I think both have been posted here already though.
Dan the Brickman Posted June 5, 2010 I never thought I'd see toilets as something to discuss on EB.... ...my dad will find this interesting...
AllanSmith Posted June 5, 2010 Dont forget that LEGO produced a toilet in the Tower Crane set 7905. You can download the pdf file to see how it was built.
BlueBard Posted June 5, 2010 Here's my own design if it helps you:
tchuk-norst Posted June 5, 2010 Wow, thanks for all of your help, I should have enough designs now! Thanks again. I'll probably use designs by everyone to see which one I like best in my MOCs
MrCustomizer Posted June 7, 2010 No pics unfortunately, but I once used a white adventurer Pith helmet turned upside down for a toilet in a LEGO RV I made one time. ~MC
-zenn Posted June 8, 2010 Best one I've seen lately. Also the cardoor as toiletpaper is a nice touch.

BrickClick Posted June 8, 2010 (edited) I can't seem to figure out the piece used for the bowl. Any help? I beleive its the life ring thiny in black. Well at least I think it's the life ring thingy in black whatever it is that design looks great! Edited June 8, 2010 by BrickClick
Mr. Lego-builder Posted June 8, 2010 I beleive its the life ring thiny in black. It does look like this piece is used for the black rim, but I was looking for the white piece on the bottom that forms the bowl.
BrickClick Posted June 8, 2010 (edited) It does look like this piece is used for the black rim, but I was looking for the white piece on the bottom that forms the bowl. Oh sorry serves me right for skim reading (And not remembering the parts of a toilet!) But I beleive the bowl is made from a 2X2 dome in white and a 1X1 white stud Edited June 8, 2010 by BrickClick
Mr. Lego-builder Posted June 8, 2010 But I beleive the bowl is made from a 2X2 dome in white and a 1X1 white stud Perhaps. Does the uploader have any confirmation on this? It's a great design and could be useful some day.
-zenn Posted June 8, 2010 I can't seem to figure out the piece used for the bowl. Any help? it's this, attached to this on it's side to serve as part of the floor as well.

not-in-use-anymore Posted June 8, 2010 (edited) I've made 1 or 2 attempts, but they didn't look that good. Has anyone made a toilet that won't fall apart if it's seperate from a building? What about baths or sinks, does anyone know a good way of making them? Without using the Belville/Fabuland( ) peice, please. blhc11 Posted June 9, 2010 Looks like someone had trouble digesting carrots! Must have been painful! Yeah, especialy when you consider that LEGO minifigs don't have digestive systems... poor minifig, he was feeling soo much pain that he couldn't even bother to aim... I said he because usually women are more careful of what they eat and usually have the brain to chew their food... Cheers. From the desk of "The first evil mastermind you met".
