[HELP] Mystery Part

Sorry this is a little bit silly. I have a problem, i've once seen a certain part when i didn't need it. But now i need that part and i try to find it on BL and i just can't find it. I been looking for it for many hours now. Does anyone know the ID of a part that looks a little like this, is a part which looks half like a 1x liftarm and the other half like a 1x1 plate:

If anybody know this part and the ID, i would be very grateful to know.
