I'm always making Mixels of all shapes and sizes (many of them for Brickset's contests, but they're also to explore building techniques), so I thought I'd start one thread for all of them. I have too many to be able to show them all, so here's the Flickr album where all my Mixels can be seen. But let me show you a few of my favourites here: Infernites MAX: Flyre Mixels Infernites Max MOC - Flyre 1 by TheOneVeyronian, on Flickr One of my first Mixels MOC's and I believe it's one of my most popular on Flickr. I remember it taking me forever to get the jaw like that. Cragsters MAX: Rockermax Mixels Cragsters Max MOC - Rockermax 1 by TheOneVeyronian, on Flickr I have a habit of exploring complex building techniques to create expressive faces, and Rockermax is a perfect example of just that. For some reason I also gave him stiletto feet. Electroids MAX: Shockarr Mixels Electroids Max MOC - Shockarrr 1 by TheOneVeyronian, on Flickr A Mixel pirate with a glass eye and a peg leg. Enough said. Series 1 MURP: Spider MURPer (Zorch Volectro Mix) Mixels Zorch Volectro Mix MOC - Spider MURPer 1 by TheOneVeyronian, on Flickr I have a lot of these S1 MURP's, but I chose to show this one simply because it came joint sixth place in the Brickset Series 1 Mixels contest, thus making it the highest placed "two tribe" MURP. Series 1 9 Mixel MEGA MAX: Tyrannosaurus Mix Mixels MEGA Max MOC - Tyrannosaurus Mix 1 by TheOneVeyronian, on Flickr I haven't seen too many MOC's that merge 9 Mixels together, so I decided to do one myself. Basically a stylised T-Rex, and probably my favourite Mixel MOC of mine. Frosticons MAX: Frostbitten Mixel LEGO Mixels Frosticons MAX - Frostbitten Mixel 1 by TheOneVeyronian, on Flickr My most popular Series 2 MAX, this time I was trying to really show human expression and mood with this one. He really looks thoroughly miserable and cold here. It just so happens that this Mixel is in fact built almost entirely "upside down" (studs on bottom). Fang Gang MAX: Mixshire Cat LEGO Mixels Fang Gang MAX - Mixshire Cat 1 by TheOneVeyronian, on Flickr I simply couldn't resist trying to model a Mixel on my pet cat. Shown here with his favourite toy Nixel in his mouth. Flexers MAX: Mr Mustache LEGO Mixels Flexers MAX - Mr Mustache 1 by TheOneVeyronian, on Flickr Okay... I couldn't resist showing this one despite the fact that my other Flexer is probably better. After all, who doesn't like over the top moustaches? That's all for now.
