Outlines on Bricks - LDD 4.3.8

I'm sure that this must have been covered somewhere before but a search of the forum doesn't seem to yield any answers.

I can't seem to turn on the Outlines on Bricks function. It's "greyed out" on the preferences menu, together with the High-Quality Rendering options. Apart from that, LDD runs just fine and dandy.

Any ideas...?

Two main reasons:

- Your video card don't support shader model 4.

- You have not installed a proper driver for your video card.

What is your video card? Use GPUz if you don't know the exact model.

Hod Carrier, do you have both checked: "High-quality rendering of bricks placed in the scene" AND "High-quality rendering of bricks in the Brick palette"?

Without the checks I also have "Outline on bricks" disabled.

Sorry, I've missed the part that you have greyed high quality options too =)
