HELP with Flying Callouts. LPUB

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys!

I'm having a bit of trouble with callouts wanting to fly away!!!

The best I could find on a solution was this, but I have no idea how to apply a patch to LPUB.

If anyone could help with this I would be very grateful.

If anyone knows any code that stops each callout referencing the last one or next one that can be added I would love to know it!

Cheers

Sorry I'm not familar with QT4.6 or how that would help?

So I'm guessing not many people experience this problem? :cry_sad:

This is such an annoying problem.

I have the problem, too. However i cannot try the fix you suggested as I cannot get it to compile.

What I usually do is to manually enter a position offset in the call out line. That are sometimes weird values but you get the call-out to stick where you want to have it

Ahh could you give me an example of this code, so I could try it? Cheers

Try to tinker around with the bold part at the end of the line.

0 !LPUB CALLOUT PLACEMENT RIGHT TOP ASSEM OUTSIDE -0.2 0

Can you provide your MPD/LDR/DAT file that shows the problem? (and the page number)

Actually I add the "0 !LPUB CALLOUT PLACEMENT" line to every call-out.

The last version on of the code on sourceforge has these corrections added, did you try 4.0.0.14 or 4.0.0.11?
