Pate-keetongu Posted November 29, 2014 Here's a steampunk lady named Alina. I though this subforum needed something a bit less villanous after all the contest entries! As this MOC is quite a large, it was a long time in progress on my Bionicle building table. As usually with female models, I began building with the legs and advanced upwards. The skirt was one of the hardest parts, as I wanted something natural-looking but sturdy enough to stay together. It uses a net piece as the frame. The head was an another challenge, as building realistic faces with plastic blocks can be terribly hard. I think this one turned out quite good, though. It has more detail and shape than most of my female character faces that tend to be stylished and plain. There is more photos and talk on my blog. Enjoy! Captain Braunsfeld Posted December 11, 2014 Excellent work! MOCs in this part of the forum seem to get overlooked. Only one comment so far? This is the perfect steampunk lady.
