Hy the video of Sariel inspired me.

He said that it was difficult to make suspension on it. At that moment i came with the idea to use indepent suspension.

this is what came out of the idea.

PS: could Mods put the pictures and video's in topic?( I tried but it didn't work)

i wil do it like sariel by LA. my version wil be with long LA because i don't have small LA's

I am really curious about how it will look. Post some images and a movie with finished steering module.

It looks like it turns in one direction a lot more than the other, because the shock blocks it after a certain point.

you can also use gears instead of linear actuators (it's only an idea on attached picture)

Why not simply use regular linkage with rack and pinion? Like in Nicjasno's suspensions?

No i'll leave the shock bhere it is because when the schock bloks it it is just perfect

You mean, the steering lock is perfect?

That doesn't have as good steering geometry as this, so turning circles have larger radii.

EDIT: I'll make an LXF of this later.

yeah the suspensionarm just doesn't touch the wheel. like this you reach full possible turning without touching the wheel

Very cool. It does seem like using 3 gears and then using a servo is the best way to motorize this.

happy I love DisneyTM! day
