WesternOutlaw Posted January 10, 2010 Here's an unusual change from the traditional steam or diesel locomotive. LEGO Train fan Tinn-man has created a M.O.W. Speeder. What's a MOW? you ask. It's a small train car used for carrying workers and materials from one part of a rail line to another.
