Moruth Ranger Outpost

[Lord Vladivus]

Scattered throughout the Moruth Swamplands are outposts occupied by the famed Moruth Rangers of Shadowmere. They are characterised by bones of opponents, and the largely open structures.

The Moruth Rangers in all their glory. They are predominantly clad in leather armour, and bear longbows. Others species have been known to fight amongst the Moruth Rangers, but they are fewer in number than the humans that make up the bulk of the Rangers. Moruth Rangers are highly trained, and often found their way into other guilds as mercenaries and soldiers of fortune, prior to the emergence of Lord Vladivus in Nocturnus.

With Vladivus' guidance, the Moruth Rangers have become a force under their Captain, Daon Ironblade, that is fanatically loyal to Valdivus and Shadowmere.

C+C welcome. The build is inspired by one I did to represent Kashyyyk for SONE.

Nice work! All the little bone elements are awesome, a lot of details to appreciate there. Love those bamboo plants and the irregular base. Very cool!

Cheers guys! Regarding the bones, originally there was pretty much an entire dragon skeleton draped over the hut, but it played havoc with the colour scheme (white is very bright!).

The Captain's torso is from the Gungan soldier, and the grunts have torsos from Zolm, the Hasanssin leader in Prince of Persia.

It seems very open, but is guess that's what you were going for! I like the idea, and the vaguely mushroomlike shape makes it seem right at home in the swamp!
