Siercon and Coral Posted February 1, 2015 (edited) Here is our armored lego dragon. He is our final entry for our current Iron Builder which is centered around the metallic ribbed hose. We also used the ribbed hosing to go all the way through his body so we could hook him up to a propane torch! :D Here's a Video link to see him in action :) Thanks for stopping by! Zerobricks Posted February 1, 2015 Wow, that is simply amazing! What did you use for internal structure?
Tomsche Posted February 1, 2015 Holy *literally* smoke!
Siercon and Coral Posted February 1, 2015 (edited) Wow, that is simply amazing! What did you use for internal structure? The structure (I'm assuming you mean of the neck and tail) is made with lots of Mixel ball joints and the ribbed hose pressed through (2x1 modified ... plate/bricks?) the length of the body. So he has some slight articulation with the ball joints, and stiffness with the added tubing. Edited February 1, 2015 by Siercon and Coral
samurai-turtle Posted February 1, 2015 That second picture is insane. I would be to worried that it would melt some-thing, for me to do some thing like that.
LittleJohn Posted February 1, 2015 The dragon looks amazing as a model, but the fact that it actualyl breathes fire... Incredible build
Captain Braunsfeld Posted February 1, 2015 Ultra Cool. Once again a very good MOC from your side. How many MOCs do you produce per week? Amazing!
Lady K Posted February 1, 2015 Awesome! Yet again you amaze. Dragons are some of my favorite creatures and yours always impress!

SirBlake Posted February 1, 2015 Ok, that's just taking things to a whole new level. Love it!
Gary The Procrastinator Posted February 1, 2015 (edited) You two have crushed Iron Builder again. Each time I think Tyler has a chance, you pop out something like this beastie. Honestly I have no idea why TLG hasn't snatched you two up and shipped you off to Billund yet as paid Master Builders. Another amazing work of art, Mayos! Adolfo Posted February 1, 2015 Absolutely fantastic this job with fire. Dangeours because of LEGO, of course, but awesome anyway. Congrats!
Venunder Posted February 1, 2015 Brilliant. Does the gas flame ever melt the hose?
JackJonespaw Posted February 1, 2015 Sweet God, that's fantastic.

LordDan Posted February 2, 2015 This is insane!!! The dragon by itself is an incredible MOC, but the fact that it breathes actual fire is mind blowing!
Lord Tyrus Posted February 5, 2015 Wow, that thing is smokin' hot! (Please don't throw MegaBlocks at me after that!)
Gunman Posted February 5, 2015 Hey thats insane!! :)
Slegengr Posted February 5, 2015 This is amazing! The dragon looks very fantastic, and the smoke and fire effects are just astounding! I do not think I would have the ingenuity or bravery for running a gas line through a LEGO creation and lighting the end on fire!
Rotmistrz Posted February 5, 2015 The dragon is impressive, breathes fire looks great.
SerenityInFire Posted February 5, 2015 Is there any danger of the dragon melting when it's breathing fire?
Lord Terrowin Forthwind Posted February 6, 2015 That is, without any sort of doubt, one of the coolest things I have seen so far on this site. Even without the torching, it would be awesome. But it breathes freakin' friends! Come on! That's brilliant! Wait, no. That's supposed to say "fire." Oops.
AmperZand Posted February 6, 2015 I'm not easily impressed, but I have to say that dragon is amazing! Easily among the best designed MOCs I've ever seen. Wow! Honestly I have no idea why TLG hasn't snatched you two up and shipped you off to Billund yet as paid Master Builders. I have a lot of respect for TLG, but they're not that innovative. You would think that big companies would actively seek super-talented people and create jobs for them where none existed, but they don't. They're not flexible enough to do that except, sometimes, for very senior people.
