dump trucks are usually AWD so i think that is AWD

definitely not, more likely to have only the rear axles to be driven. As most of the dump trucks...whether american or european ones.

Both answers are legitimate, some dump trucks have all wheels driven, but most do not. So, you could go either way with it.

The dump truck pictured doesn't have power to the front wheels, and most dump trucks in the U.S. don't. Not sure about Europe. I have seen some salt trucks and light duty dump trucks (Ford F350, F450, etc) with power to the front wheels though.

All dump trucks that are meant to go off road have AWD. But still it's a minority I think. Though most manufacturers offer models with AWD. And newer dump truck have this feature more often, especially these big 8 axis ones :)
