JasperL Posted January 16, 2012 Hi! I've got this minifigure since my childhood, my father found it some day, but I have no clou who he is or which set he is from. I tried finding him on Bricklink, but without success. I don't even know he's a town figure, so this might be in the wrong section. I got it in the mid 80's and he is completely glued. Please help! 1974 Posted January 16, 2012 I had one myself. I think I bought it in the Legoland shop in Billund sometime during the mid 80's. It was glued and might have been a keychain type of minifig. I think similar, but much larger figures, are on display outside the park, but it's been ages since I was there last time. I vagely recall seeing people working there in such uniforms also. Hope this helps
JackJonespaw Posted January 16, 2012 I'm guessing that it the keychain wrapped around his hand. There is no hole in his head.
JasperL Posted January 16, 2012 Thanks! My mystery solved after 25 years. Now I think of it, I remember it having a ring around its wrist. It also makes sense it has been a keychain. The chain snapped, the minifig fell on the street and my father picked it up and gave it to me. And no wander I couldn't find it on Bricklink, I was looking in Parts and Minifigs, not in Gear... JopieK Posted January 16, 2012 Yups, we picked up one when we were children in Billund as well... I think there were two kinds: with metal keychain and with ABS keychain, the latter could almost invisibly be modified to look like a normal fig.
TheLegoDr Posted January 16, 2012 I've never seen this before, but I am digging that hat. But I wouldn't want to pay those aftermarket prices for it. Great job to EB members that could help out a fellow FOL. That's awesome that someone could get their mystery solved after this long of time.
