Last month, for the May the 4th promotion, I ordered the Sandcrawler. Despite a shipment date of May 28th, I never got an e-mail saying it has shipped, and it hasn't. Should I contact Customer Support, and if I do, will I get Revan?

Thanks zux! I'm checking it now.

It turns out they were extremely delayed in shipping orders recently, so they're going to ship my set soon, and I get a $25 gift card for my troubles. Once again, thanks zux!

My order too was stuck since June 3rd, its finally on its way, I should get it Friday according to the tracking...

They gave me free upgrade to express shipping for my trouble, you got a better deal, I would rather had the $25! haha!
