You should not make a new topic unless you have got something pictures or a cad file ready for posting, because it bumps active topics down (same reason that bumping old topics is frowned upon).

When you have some pictures ready PM me or one of the staff members and they can reopen this topic.

Here is my beach buggy.

For this model I used 549 pieces. The dimensions are 31x13x16 cm, weight is 540 grams.

The technical features are:

- HOG steering

- Fake v4 engine

- Full suspensions

- Working steering wheel.

Some pics:

Leftover parts (41 pieces)

Hope you like it!

Looks awesome. Maybe you could use some of the leftover panels to cover up the gears in the back? I think it's better than the A model

Nice suggest..I tried while the building process, but the panels due to the form hinder the suspension travel...Thank you!!!

My plan to build something from the red plane didn't work and I have fallen back to the 8081 set myself.

I think I may as well just give up - I don't stand a chance against this.

Well done, indeed!

Indeed better than the original. And I do like the gears showing. Very well done!

Many thanks to everyone, I'm really glad you enjoyed my creation! :sweet: :sweet: :sweet:

At first I was hesitant to create a c-set from 8081, but I didn't have much choice since all my sets have more than 900 pieces (in fact, this set is not mine but come from my girlfriend  ).

Thanks again, great people!

Now it's time to complete the 42009 c-model :classic:
