karl1 Posted August 26, 2010 (edited) the fantasy castle was nice but my son couldnt play with it for more then 10 minutes without tearing it up (he is 5 ) so I built him a strong and sturdy castle that he can drag all over the carpet and it stays together. This is simple because it was designed for playability with lots of open spaces easy to get your hands in and a dollhouse style kings quarters. Sawyer Posted August 26, 2010 Great build! Now that I have found my old lego sets it gives me some good ideas .
Artanis I Posted August 27, 2010 Very solid! And that looks like a very sizeable army to go with it!

Solitary Dark Posted August 28, 2010 Lovely. My son is 7 and also has a habit of taking sets and them having accidents, so I built my castle for him in small modular sections that can be re-arranged quite easily, but this is a fantastic castle - lots of space for armies to congregate in. Well done.
XimenaPaulina Posted August 29, 2010 I love how you adapted to the 'kid' situation and made the castle sturdier without losing the aesthetics of the design of the castle. It still looks good to me, very nicely done karl1!
karl1 Posted August 29, 2010 THankyou to all who have commented and enjoyed my pics. I will unfortunately be taking the castle down though to start a new moc but first I will rebuild the original fantasy castle and just build it on a rock base to make it stronger. My next moc is going to be a haunted castle for Halloween .
