To celebrate the 3300000 set (review by  WriteMakesRight), this building competition is about FRUIT!

Rules:
- people entering the contest must have been a member of Eurobricks since before the 24th of july 2010
- entries must have fruit/fruits in it
- entries must be more than one piece
- entries must be made out of real pieces, not LDD
- entries can´t consist of solely an excisting fruit element, like this Posted Image, but using them together with other bricks are ok
- entries should be posted in this thread with 1(one) picture
- the winners to recieve prizes will be drawn by me in a raffle
- entries must be posted no later than sunday the 8th of august 10pm CET

The prizes:
Posted Image
One 1st prize, the 3300000 apple.

Posted Image
Three 2nd prizes, the New York Rockefeller Center Duplo brick.

After the winners are drawn I´ll pm them for an adress to ship, shipping is included in the prize.

Ideas on what to build:
You can build a small or big fruit out of bricks, like the 330000 or this pear:

or do it mosaic-style:

So get building :sweet:, and remember that it´s all about fun & creativity !

I might try this contest.

A question though:

Does it have to be an actual model of fruit or can it be fruit themed, like a banana space ship?

You make it sound like I said something bad. I don't even think I have enough pieces of the same colour and proper shape to make a fruit. I just meant if I manage to make a good enough model, I'll enter it.

Sorry about that, didn´t mean for you to feel bad :cry_sad:! I just mean that it seems people often take it to seriously in these kind of competitions/raffles. I mean, this apple is good to go:

I´m pretty sure you have those pieces !

Could we make a figure? If so, are modded elements allowed or does it have to be 'purist'?

1. Could we make a figure? - Again, anything goes.
2. If so, are modded elements allowed or does it have to be 'purist'? - If you mean using the chainsaw and destroying parts so no. Only excisting parts without modyfying goes.

I'm assuming it has to be a built model, and not just designed in LDD? Either way I might just enter, for the heck of it.
