Reptar was an unintentional spoof of Godzilla. But no. That minifig does not remind me of Godzilla. If anything he is in a dinosaur suit if not resembling Reptar. However since Reptar from the classic Nickelodeon cartoon Rugrats was part of my childhood I prefer to think of that.
