[HELP] Custom Design Technic Panels

I just saw this item on ebay, look at the panels.....they dont seem to be an official Lego mold design, are they 3D printed?

Part #64451 dont exist in Blue....where did he get them?:

i actually really like the added design they put on the panels....those two lines, adds a nice decal/design to those old panel designs.

Found it: its callled "Qihui Blocks" and its most definitely not LEGO, just a copy.

Those names sound fantastic: Mighty Torrent, Lighting Flash, Raging Fire, Shadow Saber. But the sets themselves look too crude for my taste and I suspect that the quality of the plastics and the mouldings are much lower than we are use to form TLG.

The same guy also sells this and this as well as some other "Technic sets"..

From the pictures, they look to be pretty high quality reproductions, but I've never put my hands on one of these knock offs. One does need to look closely to see they are fakes. It doesn't help that he also uses some of Blakbirds renders. The prices he's asking are pretty high for fakes as well, but he does actually write in the ad:

Ya, he really has his thing over priced too. I checked on bricklink for an 8051, the cheapest is $57.99 instead of his $75.73. Clearly he is ripping the customers off. More expensive fakes!
