Very cute! Wiggler is one of my favorite Mario characters next to Boo!

I like the way you made the face with the little smile, and the way you made the feet to hide the ball joints. I'd love to see an angry red version too!

All I can say is that it looks perfect to the source material. I wouldn't change a thing. Really nicely done! I think an angry version would make for a great display.
