Is there another lego part that can do this?

Recommended Posts

HI,

Im looking for a lego part that is the right lengh and that has a cross hole, it is to replace the red part in this image and it has to fit flush against the cross support of the suspention arm.

I have tried using a 1x1 technic brick with a 1x1 plate and then a 1x1 tile stacked, iit has some friction but not enough as an exle hole to mesh the cross axle.

The problem with this red brick is the end of it has other stuff in the way that cant be moved. note that it can only be the same thickness as the above (1L)

If you are trying to lock the suspension arm to the axle, why not just do this? It would be much less likely to slip.

Two 1x2 Cross Axle plates? That seems such a simple solution I'm guessing there's some other reason you can't use them?

It has to be inside of the arms of the liftarm because the two beam gaps which cant be changed as its one brick are 3L apart and 1l is for the white

suspention box.

The liftarm needs to move with the axle that is going Trough it, if the liftarm had little teeth then a toohed bush would work but it dosn't unfortunetley

Nope I don't have any because there is universal joints used inbetween the two suspention arms, so the arm used have more gaps up front which let the joints pivot further..

Blackbirds solution will work fine but if theres another way, id like to know and try it.
