Hi there, my name's Emily, I have recently emerged from the DARK AGES and started buying LEGO sets for myself and hiding them from the children!! Haven't really ventured into creations of my own yet, but I have a particular fascination with cataloging, sorting, listing and otherwise finding excuses to run my fingers through piles of coloured plastic bricks. I am into a lot of different themes (except Star Wars, Lucas tax sucks!) and particularly like collecting the little "impulse" sets that can be such masterpieces of minimalism.

I'm a mother of two, mature student doing science, run my own website company, and have many other projects, so I don't really have time for LEGO, but I just can't help myself!

Anyway hope to hang around and learn from you more experienced types. Cheers

I too run a website company, but I have a feeling I'm not much competition for you as I design websites as more of a hobby than an income.
