    The Bridge Battle display

Thanks for that. I have both, and I would definitely recommend this set over 76055 because it was a fun build and is a perfect display piece. With 76055, I don't feel the same way - love the minifigures, the vehicles I wouldn't put at the forefront of a display, but thats just my opinion. The bridge is definitely a set piece that I think many who aren't Lego fans would be marvelled by.

    The Bridge Battle display

Having recently bought the Spider-Man Bridge Battle set, I thought it would be amiss not to display it and make a chaotic diorama out of it. IMG_9275 by J G, on Flickr I'm not much of a MOCer (at least not anymore), so there's not much modification apart from the Sandman's 'sand hands', taken from that awful Sandman/ Rhino set. IMG_9282 by J G, on Flickr I'm glad the bridge comes with a birds nest on top, so I could make this lame joke with the Vulture. IMG_9292 by J G, on Flickr Ben Reilly's having some trouble keeping this taxi out of the water below, though his troubles are far from over. IMG_9285 by J G, on Flickr Whilst Spider-Girl faces off against the Scorpion and Kraven, Deadpool follows in the footsteps of the Great Oily Lord Ainsley Harriott and gives his meat a good old rub. IMG_9280 by J G, on Flickr Here is an under-shot of the entire thing. I had a lot of fun putting this together, and I can't recommend this set enough. Future DC Super Heroes Rumors & Speculation

I'm hoping we'll see a comic Doomsday next year, as that was missing from this year's BvS sets. Hopefully they will branch out a little with JL villains - let's see the likes of Cheetah, Atrocitus, Metallo and others. I'd also love to see some Bat Rogues that have yet to be made, such as Clayface and Firefly.

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

Looks like this was sneakily added to the first post; #76056: Rescue From Ra's Al Ghul Store Exclusive Includes Ra's al Ghul, Desert Batman, Talia al Ghul, Robin Includes desert buggy bat-vehicle, exploding doorway, jail cell for Robin, staircase, and minifigure-launching green pool Lazarus Pit confirmed that launches minifigs....

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors

It's not the same piece, its the bandage piece from a minifig from the latest CMF series.

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

Sometimes we don't see these sets until they actually show up in stores. The 2014 Star Wars MTT is an example of this.

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

It's probably a store exclusive, which aren't usually shown at Toy Fairs.
  8. So maybe it's a monk? Or a peasant with a hood?

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

Don't like they have changed Luthor's face to be that of Bruce Wayne's. His first face was fine, what's the point? It would be a bit awkward now to have Luthor and Bruce Wayne in the same room now....

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

I managed to buy my copy at HMV (in Norwich), so i assume they're available in most, if not all chains of HMV.
  13. http://www.hothbricks.com/2015/10/collectible-minifigures-series-15-la-liste-officielle/ List as follows; -Queen -Head of animal control -Jewel thief -Tribal woman -Dancer -Steering wheel warrior -Faun -Scary knight -Wrestling champion -Shark suit man -Awkward man -Kendo fighter -Astronaut -Laser robot -Concierge -Farmer I think a couple items were lost in translation, i.e. the awkward man and the steering wheel warrior. Otherwise, it's a sound list. I hope the astronaut is an accurate 20th century one (think Moon landing) as the ones we've received haven't quite cut it for me.

Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion

Does anyone know who this character is? Brickset has him listed under 'Marvel Superheroes' and will be a polybag next year. http://brickset.com/...ets/30604-1/{-} EDIT: Nvm, its Cosmic Boy from DC.
  15. I reckon because the grave markers are part of Halloween iconography. Sure, there are crosses, but people can recognise it easily as part of a graveyard before they think 'oh, there's a crucifix'. With the Lincoln minifig, he's a safe bet for TLG to make because he's not current. He's a historical figure who is widely celebrated, his face is on the side of a mountain. With this in mind, it's probably why we won't see George W. Bush or Hitler as minifigures lol. Though I do wish that TLG would devote a CMF series to named historical characters, I love that we have Lincoln and Shakespeare, as well as figures that can be used as Marilyn Monroe and Julius Caesar. CMF 14 is the first CMF series that I have a complete set of - I love every figure. I can't understand why anyone would dislike this series at all. You still get a mix of unique and diverse figures with new moulds that you won't see anywhere else.
