ProducePrincess Posted June 16, 2009 Out of boredom I ran around my backyard and some other areas of my villiage taking pictures of minifigs in the outdoors. A few of them very hard to take pictures of , espcially the water ones. My sigfig Black Rabbit lurking in my garden. A Dwarf digging a hole in the ground, he isn't to happy since he couldn't find any iron. This picture was scary to take because it was on a small rock ledge beside a hydro dam and water kept splashing up almost knocking him over. Once he fell into the water and i was lucky to save him , if i didn't he would have been obliterated by the dam The tree frog in this picture is incredibly tame . It's because he's lived by our house his whole life . A few times the legoman fell and the tree frog didn't even flinch. The bathtub pirate isn't too happy , he'd rather be sailing in a mighty ship than sitting in a old wooden tub with a paddle in hand floating around a pond. This was also a hard picture to take because water from the river was splashing over the little puddle i was taking this picture in. The jungle didn't treat indy too well after his last movie. I stuck the a skelleton head first into a bug eating plant. Slugs are known to be very aggressive and fast be sure to use caution when near them. I couldn't stop laughing when i was using these guys to take pictures of . They did exactly what i wanted them to do and were slow enough to take decent pictures of. Well that's all of the intresting pictures. The rest of them may be found in my signature and brickshelf folder. Enjoy the pictures there will be more to come Black Rabbit

Spyder Posted June 16, 2009 That slug picture is hilarious! Just make sure you clean that minifig thoroughly! That tree frog is really tame, I'm surprised you were able to reach down with your hand and reposition the ghost, and the frog didn't move. Now, bring me more pictures, or I'll send my fast and furious slugs after you!
ILikePi Posted June 16, 2009 These are some nice pictures, Black Rabbit. The picture with the slugs is the funniest. I wouldn't recommend taking another picture like that of the fisherman; losing a minifigure is just too hard to cope with if it happens.
Commander Flash Posted June 21, 2009 The troll never saw the giant slugs coming after him... Nice pictures. That is one tame frog...
Athos Posted June 21, 2009 I'd never let a slug do that to my figures, since I tend to hold parts in my mouth. I don't want to taste slug slime on them... Steve
ProducePrincess Posted June 22, 2009 The troll never saw the giant slugs coming after him...Nice pictures. That is one tame frog... Sadly the treefrog never saw the garder snake coming ... I haven't seen the treefrog for a while now but i have been seeing the odd snake around my garden now so I think thats what got him I'd never let a slug do that to my figures, since I tend to hold parts in my mouth. I don't want to taste slug slime on them... Steve You hold parts in your mouth? I wonder have you ever almost choked on a lego piece that way? Soon I will upload more pictures for my little collection now that the weathers better and i'm on summer break I'm still waiting for a chance to take a picture of my turtle chasing after a minifig and i was also planining on having a legoman holding a peanut for a bird to take, might work well Black Rabbit

Cyclone Titan Posted July 9, 2009 1 new picture . This is what bonapartes gonna look like after the reccesion The paper hat was a pain to fold Edit- this is my 200th post! Actually, I'd say Imperial Shadows, after the studio realizes they don't need him. Very nice series here. The concept of 'Minifig meets real world' is nice and intriguing, I hope to see more.
