aldovega Posted September 22, 2009 (edited) Hi This is actually mi first post entry, I´ve been a fan of lego for years but recently I´ve been reenchanted with the Star Wars Sets. I thought about making this set because in my opinion there´s too many guys in the Lego Star Wars Universe and not so many girls (10 years later and we still don´t have a good Padme minifig), so I decided to give the gals a battle pack for they alone. Clone Girls Girls are getting into action in the Clone Wars! Tired of beeing left behind, this group of girls take over a clone speeder and infiltrate the Clone Army to fight against the Separatists. Step into the Clone Wars with this launching flick-firing missiles. Includes four girls clone troopers with interchangeable hair and helmets. Set name: Clone Girls Theme: Star Wars Pieces: 62 Minifigs: 4 Resources: Brickshelf Photos: Box image Rear View Front View Clone Girls solo In case that you´re interested, the clones are fighting on Felucia. I'm not sure where the "Clone" comes in tho because those girls don't look like clones unless there's a few different templates for these clone girls. I like the background and photos. RileyC Posted September 23, 2009 Im not really a fan of this battle pack to be honest. The idea of the girls is good but your speeder doesnt look atheistically appealing. The yellow and grey dont go well together and it looks like you just got pieces from the clone walker battle pack and anakin's starfighter and mashed them together. KimT Posted September 28, 2009 Rules Of Entry: 4 Minifigs - brickbuilt minifigs counts a minifig (no more, no less). 50-70 Parts (minifigs not included). Custom minifigs and accessories allowed (Brickforge, Brickarms and so forth). No clone brand parts (megablocks, blocko and so forth). No baseplates (or large parts like BURP). S@H-like Description (check the descriptions on shop.lego.com for inspiration). Own motivation for creating set (why these figs and accessories?). Max 5 pictures from different angles - One of which should be a box diplay/image. Please include a link to off-site folder with more pics or higher resolution pictures (optional). Max picture resolution is 800x600. No large parts - it's a Battle Pack and should resemble existing BP's in size and contents. Only one entry per member. 'Real' entries only - no digital entries. I hate it when the Sepperatists broadcast their propaganda on my post, I love the idea but I HATE the color yellow. The ships good, and if it were a real set I would probably get it. The clone girls are really good, they must have be cloned from Jango's long lost sister (can't remember her name somthing like Arla) Nicely done!
