For Sale Only at BW: Cyborg Infiltrator Fig with BrickArms Minigun

Recommended Posts

The last few months, I've been working with Will to develop a custom fig to sell at Brickworld to help cover my costs of the event as well as offer something fans of custom accessories would enjoy. I present the Cyborg Infiltrator custom minifig!

Cyborg_Infiltrator_Fig_Card.png

Includes:

- Cyborg Infiltrator minifig

- Numbered collectible card

- Black Minigun prototype

- Black Minigun Handle (new!)

- Black Monopod

- 3 Gold Buildable Ammo Chain links

- 3 Black U-Clips

- Black M47 Shotgun

- Brand New, As-Yet-Unrevealed BrickArms Accessory!

Cost: $25

Some other info:

- The fig will be sold at the BrickArms booth, although it is my project.

- This figure is the only way you'll be able to obtain the BrickArms Minigun at Brickworld.

- The secret new item is in the above picture. If you squint a bit, you might be able to figure out what it is!

- I've only made 50 of these figs, and that's all there will ever be. Be sure to come by the BrickArms booth early to pick one up, because once they're gone, they're gone for good!

- "Black Lodge Customs" is the brand name I came up with to market the fig under. Points to whoever gets the joke!

Hope you guys like him! It took a lot of work to put him together, especially the BrickArms Minigun as producing each one took a considerable amount of time and effort on Will's part, but I'm really happy for how he turned out.

So insanely awesome! I wish that I was going to Brickworld. I love the Minigun, and that Longslide  is beautiful. Any chance of that you'll make more for Brickcon this year?

I'll be back.

Nice work on this, and I like how far you've gone to include all of the little bits and bobs (my favorite being the shotgun!).

A detachable scope!

Thanks for the kind words, folks!

Unfortunately, I cannot attend BrickCon this year due to my schedule. Chances are, once the first batch I made are gone, that will be it!

Slightly hard to say as producing larger items via injection molding, like the Minigun, is much, much trickier than smaller ones. However, Will is quite happy with how the Minigun design continues to evolve and does have some ideas to ease any production issues. I'll keep you folks up to date as best I can!

Thanks! I'm really a huge fan of the first Terminator film for its gritty, rough feel, and I really wanted to capture the spirit of the character along with all the details that make him recognizable with this fig. Admittedly, the minigun doesn't show up until T2: Judgment Day (too glossy for my tastes, but still enjoyable), but I figured folks wouldn't mind too much!

By the way, you're all way off when it comes to the secret item. It's a minifig-scale budget for the state of California straight from the Governator. . . because lord knows minifig-scale is all they could afford right now!

The Black Lodge is a fictional place from the television series Twin Peaks. It is an extradimensional place which seems to include the "Red Room" as seen by Agent Cooper in a dream early in the series, where he sees himself 25 years older sitting in a chair. In the series, the Native American policeman Deputy Hawk says that the Black Lodge is from the mythology of his people.

Just wanted to thank everyone who picked up one of these last weekend. I was completely floored by the demand; I was down to only a handful by Saturday morning, and those were gone within the first two hours of the day.

I know a few went to EB members, and I hope you guys enjoyed them! They took Will and myself a bunch of work to get ready, and we're both really proud with how they turned out.

Another huge thanks!
