Thanks for putting up the files, the only issue I had was the 8x16 black plate which doesn't exist, but I will be replacing it with something else. I have most of the parts now and will start building it tonight!!

The LR train was not on clearance at my local BigW , they had about 5 of them.

Sorry to hear that. I look on Gumtree for Lego every day, and when I find an ad that sounds too good to be true, I do a google image search of the pics and see if they are from another site, even though they say the pics are taken of their exact item for sale. I then report them to Gumtree and the ads get taken down. Beware of people selling rare sets from remote areas that nobody would be able to pick up from where the price is too good to be true. There was a UCS Millennium Falcon a month or so back that had the dodgiest pics for sale on Gumtree. Seller was based in Darwin, and had a few other dodgy ads, and Gumtree shut the account down.

I think it is the best value of the sets for sure! I wonder if they will reduce them further ;0)

Target at Warringah Mall in Sydney had about 20 of each of the Hobbit sets in a separate display away from the main toy sale Lego if anybody is looking for it. They had Goblin King, Hobbit Hole, Milkwood spiders and also about 8x attack of the wargs.

No, they had no Arkham's out, I checked again today and still none.. Must be saving them for the sale.

Target at Warringah Mall have all of the toy sale stock out, I counted 20+ R2D2 !!! they also had 50+ Monster hunters ghost train out, currently at $69.88 but I am sure it will be further reduced.. It is the most Toy sale stock I have seen put out there in the past 5 years.
