[MOC] Modular Railway Station - Version 2

I present an upgraded version of my Modular Railway Station.

As before, the station consists of a main building and three platform sections.

• The first section of the platform.
  
  
  
  The roof features large windows.
  
  The roof is supported by columns and arches.
  
  The front side of the wall seems to be well-groomed...
  
  ...but the view of its rear side reveals some damage caused by nature.
  
  The clocks on the wall show the current time in various capital cities which can be reached by train from this railway station.
  
  
  
  The end of the platform features an underground crossing.
  
  
  
• The second section of the platform.
  
  
  
  The rear side of the wall is slightly crumbling...
  
  ...revealing a mysterious walled-up skeleton.
  
  Electronic timetables.
  
  
  
  A continuation of the series of the clocks.
  
  
  
• The third section of the platform.
  
  
  This fence replaces the massive walls of the previous modules.
  
  The sign warns that only pirates technical staff is allowed to enter this area.
  
  Here comes one of them.
  
  Ladder.
  
  A cleaner.
  
• The main building of the railway station.
  
  
  
  
  
  Station name.
  
  Year of the station's construction.
  
  
  Unknown street artist has decorated the wall with a painting. Is it a distant island that no train can reach? Or is it a smiling face in abstract style?
  
  Glass roof.
  
  
  Lamps hanging from the ceiling inside the building.
  
  
  The roof upside down.
  
  One of the columns with wavy profile.
  
  Lamps illuminating the gallery outside the building.
  
  
  Entrance.
  
  To the left of the entrance there is a ramp that assists a porter in lifting or lowering down passengers' luggage.
  
  
  A railway worker is watering flowers.
  
  
  The entrance leads directly to the ticket office.
  
  
  Board with important information and ticket prices.
  
  Diagram of railway lines.
  
  The same information boards can be found near the exit to the platform.
  
  The roof of the ticket office taken off and turned upside down.
  
  The inside of the ticket office features two working places with computer terminals...
  
  ...a small bookcase and a picture on the wall. It seems that someone's dreams were not about railways but rather about seafaring.

  The inside of the building.
  
  
  
  Ornament on the floor.
  
  The wall is decorated with a bas-relief depicting a famous steam locomotive that served the railway in the past.
  
  
  
  A large information board placed above the exit to the platform consists of an electronic timetable and two screens that show the primary TV channels with subtitles.
  
  
  The exit to the platform is equipped by an 'automatic' doors driven by a knob on the right wall of the building.
  
  The knob can be easily removed.
  
  To the right of the station entrance there is an open-air cafe.
  
  
  The cafe counter can be found inside the building.
  
  The cafe is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave oven and fridge.
  
  Selection of drinks.
  
  A customer in doubt.
  
  Additional entrance to the building.
  
  Travelers who returned from their expedition to distant lands are waiting for a change of train.
  
  Has this exotic parrot escaped from those travelers?
  
  A restroom may be helpful for passengers who has drunk a lot of soft drinks at the cafe while waiting for the train.
  
  Inside the restroom (the design of the toilet is borrowed from Lego set 10218 Pet Shop).
  
  The windows of the restroom are painted over.
  
  The roof of the restroom taken off and turned upside down.
  
  A ladder...
  
  ...that leads to the roof.
  
  A hatch that provides access to the basement of the building.
  
  Who is hiding in the darkness?
  
  It's just a plumber climbing the ladder. Note a rat hole in the corner.
  
  The rat hole is connected to the platform section.
  
  Its exit is underneath the platform.
  
  The rat itself is hiding from the plumber.
  
  Leaking water pipes in the basement.
  
• Modules together.
  
  The first and the second sections of the platform connected together.
  
  
  
  The first, the second sections of the platform and the main building connected together.
  
  A passenger leaving the platform.
  
  The complete platform has enough length to accommodate trains with up to three carriages.
  
• Bonus #1.
  Note a secret hatch underneath the platform...
  
  It leads to the second part of the basement!
  
  The entrance to the room has ray protection...
  
  ...that can be deactivated only after authorization using this console.
  
  Here is a powerful reactor that actually supplies this facility and the train. Most part of it remains underground.
  
  Energy system control terminal that may be needed in emergency situations.
  
  Here is an electronic brain of the train, the actual center of the railway station. It has been upgraded and now consists of three state-of-the-art quantum supercomputers.
  
  These transmitters connect the computer with the train systems.
  
  The computer is definitely planning something evil that involves these large gas cylinders hidden underground. It appears that the train is a distant relative of Blaine the Mono, and its brain has gone mad too!
  
  Computer-operated gas control unit is ready to release a dangerous gas...
  
  ...that can poison the entire city population! It seems that the citizens are unaware of the threat!
  
• Bonus #2.
  Let's look underneath the roof of the portico...
  At the left side...
  
  ...there is a sculpture of an Angel of Light that symbolizes the beginning of human life path. It is also symbolic that the sculpture is placed above the vase of flowers.
  
  At the right side...
  
  ...there is a sculpture of an Angel of Dark that symbolizes the end of human life path. It is also symbolic that the sculpture is placed above the menacing ventilation grill.

I really like this version a lot better!

The black tiles on the roof give it a cleaner look, the white skylights are a nicer touch than the blue, and the tan, white, and black colors work very well together.

Fantastic job, I thought it was good before, but now it is even better.

Having all those details and 'secrets' incorporated in the design make it truly special.

Btw, thanks for including underpasses : I've done the same for my much smaller station, and I like them so much better than overpass bridges.

Holy wow, that is a fantastic station!!! The attention to detail is astonishing! There's so much to love but my favourite part/s are the two angel roof sculptures... Amazing feature.
