Well I found the solution. "Just run it on Window 7 Compatibility Mode" Work Smoothly :D

Driver just update to version 349.90 a few day ago, anyway I think LDD maybe not support Window 10. Thanks to reply :D

I'm just installed LDD 4.3.8 on my pc, then I found that I have black bar on top of the tools section.
