Pego Posted May 31, 2015 Yes, it´s yet another teaser. Yes, it´s yet another Unimog. I just have to finish up the rear end a little bit, otherwise it´s ready.
Pego Posted June 3, 2015 Now I´m ready with this truck, and I´m very happy with it. It doesn´t look very great, but it has a lot of features: 4x4 with an L motor through worm gears Pendular suspension front and rear stabilized with rubber dampers Rack and pinion steering with an M motor Raising/lowering bucket with a 9v motor and a small linear actuator Tilting bucket with an M motor and a small linear actuator It was my first time making a front loader, and getting it this compact was challenging. The raising/lowering was the hardest to do, a small linear actuator pulls on a thing sliding on two axles, pulling on a linkage raising the bucket. I thought that it would be super top-heavy, but it is actually not too bad, it is decent off road.
