Can you change size in the new LDD version?

I Saw before i signed up that an user change size of the minifigures with the old LDD Version but is it possible to do so now?

The bug has been fixed, but I'm not sure if you can import models made in older version with this bug... Anyone kept old models with shrinked stuff?
