Hi, I'm new here, and I tried a search but couldn't find anything.

Anyone has made a list of "compatible" elements for minifigures?

I was trying to make some "dwarf warriors", but I found only a couple helmets compatible with a beard piece, and then only with one specific beard.

The helmets I found are:

  • DWARF, HELMET, KING
  • DWARF, HELMET, SOLDIER

And they go together only with:

  • BEARD FOR MINIFIGURE

Anyone can give me some info?

Is there any way to place them while keeping the beard?

Hello there,

Sometimes when you attach a beard the head sits atop it.

Other times you can make a standard figure and put a beard on without removing the head.

So it might have something to do with that.

So, I've tried this way.

I used the following helm:

  • MINI FIGURE HELMET NO 8

And I can connect only the following beards:

  • BEARD, SOLDIER
  • BEARD FOR MAGE
  • BEARD SENSAI

So I'm afraid there is a compatibility issue between beards and helmets.

I will make more attempt, and write the results.

Though anyway with the beard I cannot put any armor!

You know, perhaps TLG could design a new beard mould that fits over armour...kind of like how Thorin Oakenshield's beard can fit a quiver.

The best, for me, would be to have "specific" fantasy pieces, like dwarven armor with "beard-over", and things like this...

For now, though, I set aside for a while the fantasy, and I'm working on a Sci-Fi project, I think I'm gonna make some scenes and realize a comic (though it will take long, I'm afraid).
