Simply great! Especially since it seems that theyīre really paying more attention to the
creativ aspect of LEGO nowadays rather than to that annoying "ready for action"-attitude
of the past years....  :-)

I would like some bigger pics as well. *wub*
Do you have bigger pics or resources on the web, where we can find better/bigger pictures, Copmike?

Beautiful! I would buy every single one of those, if they were for sale. C'mon LEGO, tap the market! :)

That last one is really interesting considering TLG's supposed non-violence policy....PLUS it uses a 2x5 Blue brick!! :-D

There was a topic on these ads a while ago but I can manage to locate it. :-/

Right-click on it, hit "Copy image location" or "Properties". There you should find this:

This is Joe Meno's brickshelf folder. (The editor of Brickjournal) 8-°
Very cool stuff in the upper folders as well. Iīd guess itīs one of the biggest folders at brickshelf.

Iīm going to ask him about the posters.

Meno On! :-D

You can find the biggest versions of those ads online here:

http://www.thefwa.co...adlego0606.html

and you can get credits behind the ad here:

http://adsoftheworld...print/lego_tank

I'll check to see if there are PDFs of teh ads available, although it may be a challenge - the campaign ran in 2005 or early 2006, and the ad agency doesn't have it listed on their website.

Joe

PS. Thanks for the compliment on my gallery - it's not the biggest, though:-) I also have a flickr gallery which has more photos:

Ahh, we had a similar ad in a booklet we got for our WWII project a few months ago. There was 25 similar figs with different names under them, such as "Refugee", "Scum", "Nigger" and so on..
And then we were told to write an essay about them.. 8-|
