MOC: Fantasy Island: Island Vehicle

Continuing my retro Fantasy Island playset, I had to build a vehicle to transport fantasy-seekers around the island.

Recognize the vehicle? Maybe not, but this is built entirely out of pieces from the vintage fire engine contained in the 10184 Town Plan (with the addition of six red tiles, white rims, and a white 1x2 grill for added accent color).

Great looking car just like......

But wait a minute....your's is a sedan and the one in the photo is a wagon......ah, but it's Lego Fantasy Island.....anything is possible !

I was wondering why I didn't see the car in your first FI MOC, I guess you made it now to sort of 'complete' the whole thing. Again, very well done on this car - accurate color scheme and it really has the classic feel into it.

Again the car is still cool, but the house is totally AWESOME !

I wonder if this idea would make a great contest.....classic tv shows in Lego eh ?

Very retro, I particularly like that you used vintage bricks to keep the authentic 70's feel.

Although I don't know much about Fantasy Island, but I do like the design of the car very much. Does reminds me of Classic Town. As usual, your photo editing skills have made this entire presentation looks much lively.

Love Boat was certainly a classic - loved the soundtrack. Unfortunately, doesn't lend itself to too many creations. I'm having Mystery Ship flashbacks.

Everything I build seems to capture the Classic Town look. I'm beginning to feel "Classic".
