Save the image to your computer, put it on brickshelf. Then got to the 'Change Signature' in profile options. Scroll along the icons list (the line that starts with B I U etc) until you see one that looks like a photo of a tree. Clicking on that, it will ask you to provide an URL, so you'd give it the URL of the image file on Brickshelf. That should work, but if anything crops up, just ask!
