Obviously you buy them from BrickLink.

Actually it is made from the 2009 sets, so you could just go to your local toy shop. Or even use LEGO Factory.

Anyone like to guess the final piece count ?

I initially thought a couple of hundred, but looking closer it may be double that.

Bricklink would probably be the cheapest place to get the pieces, unless of course you're prepared to cannibalise all your 2009 sets and mix up the pieces in which case I guess it's free !

Its really cool that you can make this from this years set but I dont want to break mine up just to make it . Im guessing they made this midi scale because it looks way too big for a mini but way to small to be system.

My computer takes in PDFs horribly. I am getting a new one, thank God. It's really, really annoying. I was just able to read the little exclusives instructions, but I couldn't even get the instructions for a battlepack!
