Ok, I know registration ends in 3 days. I'm still not sure if I can can make it. I've been waiting for a new clutch for my truck, but the part has been on backorder for a while. Anyways, is the registration fee refundable?

I know it's too late now but it says on their site that the 19th is the last day for a partial refund.
