  1. «Within the mighty wall and thorny fence rise the roofs of houses; and in the midst, set upon a green terrace, there stands aloft a great hall of Men. And it seems that it is thatched with gold. The light of it shines far over the land. Golden, too, are the posts of its doors.» I am proud to present the 9th installment in the Third Age: Journey Through Middle-Earth collab, The Golden Hall of Meduseld, located in Edoras, the capital of Rohan. This is my favourite location in Middle-Earth and to build it was an amazing experience. I started the planning back in May, and I've been continously building ever since then, and finished it just a few days before releasing it September 8th. The model is 140 cm long, 85 cm wide and 45 cm tall. I am super proud of this, and it turned out just about how I imagined it. I hope you all like it, and I would love to hear your feedback! --- Be sure to check out all the parts in the collab so far, you can find them in this Flickr group, Third Age collab. There's a few left, and they'll be posted each Wednesday and Saturday on Flickr and Instagram. Go to my instagram account if you want to see some more pictures of this MOC, norlego.

    Realms of Wytheria

This is my own story that takes much inspiration from Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and other works of fiction. Set in the Land of Wytheria, spanning thousands of miles across under the rule of King Philip of the House Ruthermont...Wytheria is divided into five different realms each with their own unique form of laws and customs. Although these Provinces are somewhat independent, they all fall under the domain of the Ruthermont Dynasty. There are many inhabitants of Wytheria including, Men, Elves, Dwarves, Fauns, Centaurs, and many others. There is a rich history of Wytheria as its history dates back thousands of years, much of it is peaceful and prosperous but there have also been many war and conflicts. The story begins in the year 5623, nearly 44 years after the defeat of Malcolm the Mad by King Paul II.

    [MOC] Gollum Encounter

My first completed MOC in almost a year time. I've had most of this built since early 2013, but only today I finally decided to fully complete it, so here it is, depicting the scene from 'The Two Towers', in which Gollum is climbing down the rocky hills of Emyn Muil quietly during the night, preparing to attack the ringbearer to reclaim his precious... "The thieves... the thieves... the filthy little thieves..." Extra pictures: Hope you like it, and hopefully more's to come soon!

    [MOC] Boromir's Last Stand

Hello everybody. I wanted to share with you all my newest (LOTR) MOC. I decided to make a MOC based on Amon-hen, and chose Boromir's Last Stand for this. Perhaps I'll do a second Amon-hen scene in the future, probably the Seat of Seeing with Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli. But for now, this will do... "As the Fellowship continues their journey past Lothlorien, they are held back at Amon-hen and are confronted by a group of Uruk-hai scouts and their leader, Lurtz, to separate the Fellowship from each other and to take away the Halfling who carries the One Ring... But even Boromir, son of Denethor II of Gondor, could not resist the power of the One Ring, and after a failed attempt to take the ring from Frodo, he was faced with one chance to redeem himself. Slaying Uruk-hai after Uruk-hai, Boromir displayed his strength in battle, but none of this lasted, for the Uruk-hai leader Lurtz had already arrived; bow in hand, with the first arrow to be fired..." __________________________________________________________________________________ Hope you liked it, C&C is welcome as always. [MOC] The Battle of Osgiliath

Hello all! Just wanted to share with you a diorama I've been working on, featuring the Battle of Osgiliath from The Lord of the Rings (ROTK). "Once the pride of Gondor, a shining city near the River of Anduin, now a battlefield overrun by the evil forces of Sauron. Gondorians and Ithilien Rangers are fighting for their lives as more and more orcs keep approaching from the East, but it all seems like a never-ending wave of evil sweeping itself over the outnumbered forces of the West..." ______________________________________________________________ Click the first picture for some more shots of this MOC in my Flickr photostream! Enjoy, C&C is welcome as always.
