    The Magic of Harry Potter

I just absolutely love Harry Potter. For a long time, I was just a really big fan of the movies, but then I read the books and now I absolutely adore everything to do with HP. The books are just amazing, so I voted for them, but if I could I would vote all. Lego Harry Potter is like a combination of two of my favorite things, so I'm really glad it's back, and with such great sets.

    LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4

Hi guys! Just wondering, does anyone know where you have to go to create your own character? Thanks!

Thanks Grogall for the high res pictures! Wow, all the detail is amazing! Never noticed the Quibbler (it's the article from OotP where Harry is interviewed!) in Dumbledore's office, or the quidditch poster in Ron's room! That's just brilliant! I like how they're taking some things from the books, and not just the movies. I really need these sets right now.

    REVIEW: 4737 Quidditch Match

Cool set! Pity you have to buy 4 just to set up a proper quidditch match though. Hopefully the figures won't be too expensive on Ebay. My other gripe is that they didn't take the opportunity to make official Fred and George figures. Oh well. I suppose I wasn't the only one after all to notice Madam Hooch's creepy yellow eyes in the first movie. LOL!! They freak me out. Nice one Lego. Thanks for the review!

Yes, true. I really want Hagrid's Hut, the Burrow and Hogwarts, all of which are really expensive. Luckily I've got my birthday and Christmas so hopefully I can manage to get them and then buy the rest of the line.

    [Review] 4736: Freeing Dobby

Loving it! I can see myself buying a few multiples of these. These figures can still be used as multiples- seven Harry's and you have yourself a Seven Potter's chase, a few Dobby's and you could make the Hogwarts kitchens or decorate Grimmauld Place (*shudders*), and with Lucius you can make Death Eaters! Great set! Thanks for the review!

    Any 2011 LEGO News?

If the Pirates of the Carribean rumor is really true, a Black Pearl set would be amazing! As would Jack Sparrow and Davy Jones minifigs... And I could finally feed Elizabeth and Will to the Kraken...

Taking this into account, I think you're right, as much as I wish you weren't. Aww. *crucios TLG for this if it's Ginny*

    Surging minifig popularity?

To be really honest, I prefer the minifigs more than the actual sets. I collect them moreso than the models, and unless the set is really great I usually buy them only for the figures to add to my minifig collection. For some reason they're the thing that make me excited about the sets, not the actual bricks. But there are models that are exceptions (an example being The Burrow this year. I'm buying it for both the building and the minifigs equally). Minifig loving on!

The mystery fig is so confusing. I really don't have a clue who it could be. But if it were Tonks, wouldn't she be in the Burrow set? And if we had got Tonks we probably would have got Lupin, too. So I doubt it would be her, as cool a minifig she would be. I'm hoping it's Jo (JK Rowling), but I doubt it at the same time because the fig is holding a wand. I also don't think it's Ollivander, the minifig looks more like a female, and I don't think the hair is right. I also don't really think it's Cho or Fluer....I don't know, I'm really stumped by all this. I guess we have to wait and see.

Bella is fantastic! Can't wait for the mystery fig, just hope it's not another Ginny after all that. ( )

Haha, yes that's true, they do! Especially Voldemort. That gives me an idea actually, the microfigs could be used as the puppets! Awesomeness. I never thought of that (*has a Dobby moment* ). Yes, I certainly hope so. I'm still so confused as to who this minifig is supposed to be. If it turns out to be Ginny and not some amazing exclusive figure or a clue as to what Svelte's mystery set is, you can bet your galleons I'm going to jump off the Astronomy Tower. LOL! Burrow and Hogwarts, here I come!
